Health and Wellness Coaching: CuraLinc Healthcare’s Health & Wellness Coaching services help employees and their families lead healthier lives through a wide array of health coaching programs. Health Assessment Services: CuraLinc’s Health Assessment services are vital tools for an organization to measure the collective health of their employee population. The results of these measurements help CuraLinc develop a targeted intervention strategy tailored to the unique needs of each client.

•  Onsite Biometric Screenings: CuraLinc’s biometric screenings collect pertinent health-related information and are a key component to early detection of diseases and chronic conditions. CuraLinc will provide qualified personnel to administer the screenings and will provide one-on-one consultation with individuals regarding their results.
•  Health Risk Assessment Tests: CuraLinc’s proprietary Health Risk Assessment (HRA) test is designed to improve health through individual assessments followed up by member-specific intervention, self-care programs and healthy lifestyle initiatives.
•  Claims and Risk Analysis: CuraLinc will use data from health assessments and medical claims to craft a risk analysis for each client.

Team Challenges: CuraLinc will provide clients with the framework, guidance and management for group competitions. All competitions will be tracked through the EmpowerLinc website. The CuraLinc Account Manager with work with each client to determine the proper tone, incentive and program parameters for their organization.

Incentive Management: The more employees who participate in a wellness program, the higher the potential savings. Through the EmpowerLinc program, CuraLinc Healthcare can recommend and manage a wide range of incentive programs – from points-based systems to a reduction in employee contribution for participants. By understanding a client’s budget and goals for their wellness program, CuraLinc can determine and deliver the most appropriate incentive program.

Disease Management: CuraLinc’s Disease Management program is an approach to coordinated health care that helps members who have, or are at risk of developing, chronic medical conditions. This targeted approach coordinates resources, data and referrals from other health disciplines in order to monitor chronically-unhealthy members.

NurseLinc: The telephone triage component of CuraLinc’s NurseLinc program increases the appropriate use of healthcare resources by empowering members with symptomatic issues to obtain health information and advice. Callers with serious problems are encouraged to seek help immediately, avoiding dangerous and costly delays in initiating necessary care, and callers who do not require medical care are able to avoid unnecessary trips to emergency rooms and physician offices.

Telemedicine: CuraLinc Healthcare, through a strategic partnership with a well-known telemedicine provider, offers a robust array of telemedicine services. The product is backed by a national network of U.S. board-certified physicians who use electronic health records, telephonic and online video consultations to diagnose recommend treatment and write short-term non-DEA controlled prescriptions, when appropriate. The program is available around-the-clock, every day of the year, allowing members to access quality care from their home or office – in lieu of more expensive settings, such as a doctor’s office or the emergency room.
