CuraLinc Healthcare understands the importance of getting a high level of contribution from every employee within an organization. CuraLinc, under the PerformanceLinc brand, provides customized workshops and training modules designed to make a client’s staff and supervisors more effective. These modules can be delivered in-person or via CuraLinc's proprietary PerformanceLinc Training System (PTS), an interactive web-based training portal.

CuraLinc’s PerformanceLinc training programs are divided into two broad categories:

•  Topical Training: PerformanceLinc’s topical training modules allow clients to use CuraLinc Healthcare as their own private organizational development resource. Please refer to the box (right) for a list of training topics. All PerformanceLinc modules are customized to meet the client’s training objectives.
•  Benefit Training: Through benefit training, PerformanceLinc trainers will provide a client’s staff and supervisors with the tools and knowledge to utilize the SupportLinc and/or EmpowerLinc programs most effectively.

CuraLinc’s Training Department provides professional and effective educational modules to client employees across the country. These modules can be delivered in-person, via webcast or through the PerformanceLinc Training System. All sessions include interactive exercises, audience participation and post-session proficiency testing.
