These modules can be delivered in-person, over the internet, or via CuraLinc's proprietary PerformanceLinc Training System (PTS), a dynamic web-based training portal. All sessions include interactive exercises, audience participation and post-session proficiency testing. CuraLinc Healthcare’s training programs are divided into two broad categories: Topical Training: CuraLinc Healthcare offers a broad range of topical training modules designed to enhance organizational productivity and employee engagement. Topical training allows clients to use CuraLinc as their own private organizational development resource. Each module is tailored to meet the client’s specific training objectives. Benefit Training: Through benefit training, CuraLinc's trainers will provide a client’s staff and supervisors with the tools and knowledge to utilize the SupportLinc, EmpowerLinc or FMLALinc programs most effectively.
