This Privacy Statement governs how we treat the Personal Information that we collect and receive from you in connection with your use of the SMS service (the “Service”) associated with your employee assistance program (EAP), member assistance program (MAP), student assistance program (SAP) or wellness program.
CuraLinc will not sell or distribute your personal information — including your phone number, name, or any other piece of identifying information — to third parties without your explicit consent and approval. You will not receive SMS messages from anyone but CuraLinc if you accessed or registered for one of the aforementioned programs using the keyword.
CuraLinc takes precautions to ensure the security of your Personal Information. You should note that in using the Service, your information will travel through third party infrastructures which are not under our control (such as a third party SMS delivery platform or your carrier network).
We cannot protect, nor does this Policy apply to, any information that you transmit to other users. You should never transmit personal or identifying information to other users.
Terms of Service
Program participants will be able to receive information alerts and contact customer support via SMS only after they opt-in to receive SMS from a CuraLinc employee assistance program (EAP) (“SupportLinc”) or wellness program (“EmpowerLinc”).
By texting a keyword to a CuraLinc short code, you consent to receive one or more automated texts at the phone number from which you texted or at the phone number you entered in the form.
CuraLinc does not have a charge for this service. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier, you may receive text messages sent to your mobile phone. Participation in the programs on this short code is standard rated. Message rates for customer support and informational alerts will vary depending upon requests.
By subscribing, you consent to receive informational messages and website links regarding how to connect with CuraLinc’s SupportLinc and/or EmpowerLinc programs, up to three (3) times per month.
By providing your consent to participate in this program, you approve any such charges from your mobile carrier. CuraLinc reserves the right to terminate this SMS service (the “Service”), in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The information in any message may be subject to certain time lags and/or delays. You are responsible for managing the types of SMS texts you receive.
Supported carriers include but are not limited to Alltel, AT&T, Cincinnati Bell, Dobson Cellular Systems, Inter Op, MetroPCS®, Nextel Communications, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile®, U.S. Cellular®, Verizon Wireless, and Virgin Mobile U.S. T-Mobile® is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text SUPPORT to 51230 to receive website links and informational messages on how to connect with the SupportLinc and EmpowerLinc program(s) from CuraLinc.
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any SMS message received from CuraLinc. By enrolling in this subscription program, you consent that following such a request to unsubscribe, you will receive one (1) final message from CuraLinc confirming that you have been inactivated in our system. Following such confirmation message, no additional text messages will be sent unless you re-activate your subscription.
