This full-time management-level position is based out of CuraLinc's headquarters in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. The Clinical Director will work closely with the Vice President of Administration to ensure the highest level of service quality and departmental efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manages the Overall Performance and Productivity of CuraLinc’s Team of Masters- and Doctorate-Level Clinicians

  • Works Collaboratively with the Clinical Leadership Team to Optimize the EAP User Experience

  • Provides Ongoing Coaching, Direction, Supervision and Training

  • Monitors Key Call Center Performance Metrics to Ensure Adherence to QA Standards, Outcomes Benchmarks and Performance Guarantees

  • Resolves Services Issues to Ensure Client/Participant Satisfaction

  • Oversees Daily Activities Within the Clinical Department to Optimize Service Delivery and Departmental Efficiency

  • Participates in Presentations for Current and Prospective Clients

  • Takes an Active Role in Employee Onboarding, Evaluation, Scheduling, Promotion, Training and Corrective Action

  • Provides On-Call/After-Hours Coverage

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy)

  • Certified Employee Assistance Professional (or CEAP Eligible)

  • Independent State License to Practice (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PHD)

  • Minimum Five Years of Clinical Management Experience

  • Minimum Five Years of EAP Experience

  • Prior Contact Center Management Experience Required

EAP/MHSA Case Manager(s)

Location: Chicago

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking EAP/MHSA Case Managers for full-time and part-time roles. These positions are based out of CuraLinc's two offices in the River North neighborhood of Chicago and are responsible for providing telephonic assessment, case management and guidance to participants who utilize the program.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide Telephonic Assessment, Consultation and Referral Services to Employees/Members of EAP/MHSA Clients

  • Complete a Comprehensive Psychosocial Analysis of EAP Users, Including Identification of Presenting Concern(s) and Needs Evaluation

  • Develop a Clinical Course of Action for Assessment and Treatment of MHSA Issues or Life Concerns

  • Assist Member in Locating and Securing Appointments for Individual or Group Counseling

  • Act as a Liaison with the Member’s Benefit Plan Resources or Other Population Health Management Resources (if necessary)

  • Review Treatment Plans with Affiliate Provider

  • Perform Timely Follow-Up with Member and Provider to Coordinate Resource Allocation and Determine Impact of EAP Services

  • Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA and Ethical Guidelines

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)

  • Minimum 5 Years of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience

  • Independent State License to Practice

  • Fundamental Understanding of MS Office and Contact Management Systems

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as the Primary Point of Contact for a Defined Block of Middle-Market Clients

  • Provide Consultative Recommendations to Help Clients Maximize the Value of the EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)

  • Partner with Client Plan Sponsor(s) to Deliver a Culturally-Relevant Engagement Strategy for CuraLinc’s Program(s)

  • Proactively Manage Client Satisfaction and Program Performance

  • Represent CuraLinc at Client Presentations and/or Health Fairs

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 or More Years of Business-to-Business Account Management Experience

  • Healthcare, Employee Benefits or Insurance Experience is Preferred (EAP, PBM, UM, Wellness, TPA, Carrier, Broker, etc.)

  • BS/BA Degree

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Effective Speaking and Communication Skills
