CuraLinc is seeking a Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist to be accountable for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and general HR compliance -- as well as functioning as a 'cultural ambassador' for the organization. Additionally, many HR functions will be likely assigned, as needed, relative to the projects and annual requirements of the company.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition (All Levels)

    • Assist in the maintenance of the recruitment process to be used organization-wide, enabling swift hiring in a fast growing environment.

    • Work with CuraLinc management to develop job descriptions and competencies.

    • Help build applicant sources through social media and other venues.

    • Attract, interview and evaluate candidates for presentation to the hiring manager.

  • Onboarding

    • Take ownership of the new hire onboarding process, including pre-employment compliance.

    • Execute the internal new hire process workflows.

  • General HR Compliance

    • Manage HR compliance within the organization.

    • Keep abreast of any employer-related compliance and legal obligations.

  • Act as a Liaison with CuraLinc’s PEO for Benefits Administration

  • Assist with Employee Transitions and Terminations

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 Years of Professional Experience in Human Resources

  • BS/BA Degree Required

  • HRIS Database Experience Required

  • PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred

CuraLinc is seeking an experienced client services professional to directly manage business relationships with national accounts. The Director of Client Services is responsible for developing and implementing strategies pertaining to account retention and growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as the Primary Point of Contact for a Defined Book of Business

  • Provide Consultative Recommendations to Help Clients Maximize the Value of the EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)

  • Maintain (and Potentially Grow) the Business Relationship with Current Clients and Strategic Partners

  • Manage All Aspects of Program Performance, Both Internally and Externally

  • Work with Client Plan Sponsor(s) to Develop Client-Specific Marketing Strategy for EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)

  • Represent CuraLinc at Client Presentations and/or Health Fairs

Required/Minimum Qualifications

EAP/MHSA Case Manager(s)

Location: Chicago

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking EAP/MHSA Case Managers for full-time and part-time roles. These positions are based out of CuraLinc's two offices in the River North neighborhood of Chicago and are responsible for providing telephonic assessment, case management and guidance to participants who utilize the program.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide Telephonic Assessment, Consultation and Referral Services to Employees/Members of EAP/MHSA Clients

  • Complete a Comprehensive Psychosocial Analysis of EAP Users, Including Identification of Presenting Concern(s) and Needs Evaluation

  • Develop a Clinical Course of Action for Assessment and Treatment of MHSA Issues or Life Concerns

  • Assist Member in Locating and Securing Appointments for Individual or Group Counseling

  • Act as a Liaison with the Member’s Benefit Plan Resources or Other Population Health Management Resources (if necessary)

  • Review Treatment Plans with Affiliate Provider

  • Perform Timely Follow-Up with Member and Provider to Coordinate Resource Allocation and Determine Impact of EAP Services

  • Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA and Ethical Guidelines

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)

  • Minimum Five Years of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience

  • Independent State License to Practice

  • Fundamental Understanding of MS Office and Contact Management Systems

  • Strong Reasoning Ability – Capacity to Collect Data, Establish Facts, Define Problems, and Draw Valid Conclusions

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking three (3) paid interns to begin work in May/June 2019. All three will be assigned to projects related to the development of an enhanced technology (web/mobile) suite for CuraLinc’s clients. These positions will be based in the River North neighborhood of Chicago.

CuraLinc is launching new web and mobile portals for our employee assistance (EAP) and wellness programs — and is looking for highly-motivated interns to assist with a broad scope of deliverables that includes everything from content and communications development to product research to web and mobile UI/UX.
